Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her Professional Card one year later. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance to get her college diploma. Her return came in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. The way she achieves this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
